ProbHoops is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or connected to the National Basketball Association, NBA Properties, any NBA team, or any player.
NBA, team, and player names and other third-party trademarks are used only when necessary for factual identification, statistical reporting, commentary, comparison, and analysis. All such rights remain with their respective owners.
Team graphics displayed on ProbHoops are original ProbHoops monograms. They are not official NBA or team logos and are not intended to reproduce official marks, mascots, uniform designs, or trade dress. Their colours are generated by a ProbHoops colour ramp from a hue and tone recorded per franchise; no official brand colour value is copied into this project.
STATISTICAL PURPOSE
Models are estimates, not promises
Probabilities, projected scores, ratings, AF-Score, player-impact research, simulations, milestones and other model outputs are statistical estimates based on available data and declared methodology. They can be wrong and should never be interpreted as guarantees of a future result.
ProbHoops does not provide betting, gambling, financial, investment, wagering, staking, payout, sportsbook, “lock,” or “pick” advice. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to place a wager or take a financial position.
PH$ GAME CURRENCY
A game scale, not a valuation
PH$ is a free game currency published by ProbHoops, derived solely from public box-score production and a declared curve. It is not a salary, a market value, a contract figure, a transfer or trade suggestion, or advice of any kind, and it reflects no negotiation and no opinion about any player's worth as a professional or as a person.
PH$ carries no monetary value. It cannot be bought, sold, redeemed, converted or transferred, and no real money is involved at any point. A player ProbHoops has not observed enough of carries no PH$ at all and is shown as Pending — never as a low value. The full derivation is published on the PH$ page.
NO COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP
Nothing here is being sold
ProbHoops displays no advertising, runs no affiliate or referral programme, takes no sponsorship, and charges nothing. It has no commercial, affiliate or referral relationship with any sportsbook, betting operator, odds comparison service, data vendor, club or league.
Any change to that status requires a documented rights and compliance review before activation, and this notice must be updated before the change takes effect rather than after it.
SOURCE RIGHTS
Where the facts come from
Schedules, scores, box scores and official availability designations are facts, and ProbHoops claims no ownership of them. What ProbHoops records is the provenance and terms basis of every operational source, published on the Trust page.
Where a source's terms basis is still under review, that state is disclosed as under review rather than presented as settled, and each review carries a date by which it must be resolved or the source retired.
DATA & CORRECTIONS
Facts can change
Schedules, availability, scores, box scores, roster facts and other third-party factual inputs may be delayed, corrected, restated, unavailable, or incomplete. ProbHoops uses auditable source gates and may withhold an output rather than fabricate missing information.
Historical or model-derived information may be superseded by a later corrected release while frozen forecasts and audit records remain preserved according to the project methodology.
IMAGES & RIGHTS
No third-party photography
ProbHoops publishes no third-party player or team photography. Every visual element on the site — monograms, icons, charts and layout — is produced by ProbHoops during the site build, with no remote image request at build time or at runtime.
This is a deliberate narrowing. A Creative Commons or public-domain licence resolves the photographer's copyright; it does not resolve the subject's publicity, personality or privacy rights, and it cannot license a trademark the uploader does not own. Rather than carry that unresolved layer, ProbHoops carries none of it. The policy and its audit record remain published on the Image Credits page.
NO WARRANTY
Use as informational research
The site and its outputs are provided for informational and educational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProbHoops makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular decision.
Users remain responsible for how they interpret and use publicly displayed statistical information.
CORRECTION / RIGHTS REQUEST

For a factual correction, attribution issue, intellectual-property concern, or good-faith takedown request, contact contact@probhoops.com. Include the affected URL and enough detail to identify the issue.
Every request is acknowledged within 72 hours, and each request and response is logged with its date. Challenged third-party material may be disabled while its rights basis is reviewed; ProbHoops would rather withdraw a page than defend one it cannot substantiate.
